Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin have opened up about their beautiful Palm Beach mansion, which became their main residence after relocating from California in 2023. The waterfront estate showcases a blend of luxury and comfort, perfectly suited for their family life in Florida.
The home offers numerous amenities, including a fully stocked bar, a private screening room, and a gym. Stallone humorously noted that his wife usually tends the bar when guests visit. The property also boasts an impressive pool area and exclusive access to a private beach.
Jennifer Flavin’s Vision for a True Family Home
Jennifer Flavin emphasized the importance of making any living space feel welcoming and lived-in for the family. She shared with VERANDA Magazine that she prioritizes creating a relaxed atmosphere, even if it means the occasional spill or wear and tear.
“I’ve always made every house we’ve ever had a home,”
Flavin said.
“I don’t care if someone spills something. I can replace the rug or get it cleaned. We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children—nothing we own is precious. Our family is precious, but the material things are not precious.”

Flavin also noted the need for a home of a manageable size, as their household often has family members coming and going. The couple, married for 28 years, have three daughters: Sophia, 28, Sistine, 27, and Scarlet, 23. Stallone is a father to two sons from his previous marriage to Sasha Czack.
Sylvester Stallone’s Passion for Art Reflected Throughout the Mansion
The actor and art enthusiast has collected artwork since he was 16 years old, using his home as a private gallery. The Palm Beach estate’s high ceilings and large windows provide an ideal space to display his extensive art collection, which includes paintings and sculptures.
At 79, Stallone views art similarly to clothing, appreciating the variety it brings to his environment. He explained,
“I consider it like a wardrobe,”
Stallone said.
“You can only wear the same shirt so many times before you go, ‘God, I’d like to see if this other color works [with it].’ With art, you can take a piece that you’ve become…maybe not blasé about, but you’re not exactly overwhelmed by it anymore.”

Beyond collecting, Stallone is also a painter who exhibited a series of his works in Germany. In December 2021, his art was featured in an exhibition titled Sylvester Stallone: The Magic of Being, highlighting his creative talents beyond acting.
