Austin Butler and Zoë Kravitz began promoting their new film, Caught Stealing, at a press event in London on Tuesday, August 19. The photo call took place at the IET Building: Savoy Place, where the pair appeared alongside director Darren Aronofsky to generate buzz ahead of the movie‘s release.
About the Film’s Plot and Cast
Caught Stealing follows Hank Thompson, played by Butler, a former high-school baseball star who no longer plays but maintains a steady life bartending in New York and rooting for his underdog team. His girlfriend, portrayed by Kravitz, supports him as he is unexpectedly pulled into danger when his punk-rock neighbor Russ, played by Matt Smith, asks him to care for his cat. Hank soon finds himself ensnared by gangsters demanding something he does not understand. He must use all his wits to survive while uncovering the truth behind the threats.
The film features a strong supporting cast including Regina King, Liev Schreiber, Vincent D’Onofrio, Griffin Dunne, Benito A Martínez Ocasio (also known as Bad Bunny), and Carol Kane.
