Tulsa King Season 3 Drops Soon—Catch Up Before It’s Gone!

Taylor Sheridan’s Paramount+ series Tulsa King is set to return with Season 3 on Sunday, September 21, drawing widespread anticipation from fans. The show, headlined by Sylvester Stallone, has consistently ranked among the top streaming originals, making the upcoming season a major event for viewers eager to follow the next chapter in this intense crime saga.

The Premise Behind Tulsa King

Tulsa King centers on Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a seasoned New York Mafia capo played by Sylvester Stallone. After serving a 25-year prison sentence, Dwight is exiled from New York to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he attempts to establish a fresh criminal empire. Throughout the series, Dwight battles strained family ties, betrayal in business, and escalating threats from rivals, all while assembling an unlikely but loyal team.

The cast includes Garrett Hedlund as lieutenant Mitch Keller, Martin Starr portraying Lawrence “Bodhi” Geigerman, Jay Will as chauffeur Tyson, Dana Delany, Neal McDonough, Robert Patrick, Beau Knapp, Bella Heathcote, Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Mike “Cash Flo” Walden as Bigfoot, Kevin Pollak, Vincent Piazza, Frank Grillo, Michael Beach, and James Russo. Taylor Sheridan co-created and co-produces the series, with Terrence Winter serving as the lead writer during the first two seasons. Dave Erickson has taken over as lead writer for Season 3.

What Lies Ahead in Season 3

Season 3 follows Dwight as he expands his operations within Tulsa, setting his sights on acquiring a local bourbon distillery. This move draws the attention of new adversaries, complicating his efforts to dominate.

“so do his enemies — and the risks to his crew.”

Among these antagonists are the Dunmire family,

“a powerful old-money family that doesn’t play by old-world rules.”

Led by Jeremiah (Robert Patrick),

“a powerful man with deep pockets who works in the liquor business.”

Dwight must navigate the growing threat posed by the Dunmires while protecting his team, which includes Tyson, Mitch Keller, Bigfoot, Goodie (Chris Caldovino), Bodhi, and Grace (McKenna Quigley Harrington). Additionally, Samuel L. Jackson joins the cast as Russell Lee Washington Jr., a formidable gangster whose storyline is expected to lay the groundwork for the spin-off series NOLA King, set in New Orleans.

Season 4 Already Confirmed Ahead of Season 3 Premiere

Paramount+ announced on September 16 that Tulsa King has been renewed for a fourth season even before Season 3 has aired. This early renewal reflects the strong performance and popularity of the series, which has delivered record-breaking viewership numbers. Following the immense success of past seasons, this ensures that fans will have more of Dwight Manfredi’s story to look forward to well beyond the current season.

Tulsa King continues to stream on Paramount+, combining intense storytelling and strong performances to maintain its position among the leading crime dramas in current television.
