Millie Bobby Brown, known for her role in Stranger Things, is set to star in and executive-produce a new supernatural drama called Prism on Netflix. The series follows a woman with the ability to communicate with spirits as she confronts a mysterious global event, marking another major project for Brown as Stranger Things approaches its finale.

Millie Bobby Brown To Headline Netflix’s Upcoming Series Prism

Netflix is moving forward with Prism, a supernatural drama that will feature Millie Bobby Brown in the leading role and as an executive producer. Alongside Brown, Rachel Brosnahan and the Russo brothers’ AGBO banner are also executive producers on the project. The story focuses on Cassie, played by Brown, who can communicate with spirits and becomes caught up in a worldwide crisis triggered by unusual ghostly appearances.

As strange “visitors” emerge worldwide due to an unexplained phenomenon, Cassie must investigate their origin to prevent widespread disorder. Rachel Brosnahan’s specific role in the series has not been disclosed so far. The showrunner overseeing Prism is Etan Frankel, ensuring creative direction for the series based on a short story by Nick Shafir.

Creative and Production Team Behind Prism

Prism’s premise derives from a short story originally published in Assemble Artifacts magazine and adapted internally at Assemble Media. Nick Shafir, the original author, also acts as a co-producer. Assemble Media is handling production, with Brown’s PCMA banner along with Brosnahan and Russell Kahn’s Scrap Paper Pictures contributing as executive producers.

Representing AGBO are Anthony and Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot, Scott Nemes, and Alessandra Maman, while Jack Heller and Caitlin de Lisser-Ellen join the production team for Assemble Media. This collective effort supports Brown’s expanding creative partnership with Netflix, following her collaboration with AGBO on The Electric State.

Upcoming Projects and Stranger Things Finale

Prism will be part of Millie Bobby Brown’s increasing involvement in both acting and producing. She is also working on Enola Holmes 3, expected in 2026, and is developing a romantic comedy titled Just Picture It. Meanwhile, fans of Stranger Things can anticipate its concluding fifth season, which will be released by Netflix in three segments from November 26 through December 31 of this year.
