Lacey Chabert’s Daughter Plans Tree Full of Mom’s Ornaments

Lacey Chabert, known as the Hallmark “Queen of Christmas,” has expanded her association with the holiday brand by launching a new collection featuring Hallmark ornaments. Most special among these is a miniature ornament shaped like Chabert herself, which has captured the heart of her daughter Julia, sparking plans for a unique holiday tradition at home.

Chabert’s Hallmark collaboration includes a porcelain keepsake ornament depicting her in a red evening gown, a product Chabert emphasized she did not design herself but deeply appreciates. Since starring in Hallmark films since 2010, Chabert has become a beloved figure within the brand, and this ornament serves as an affectionate recognition of her ongoing relationship with the company. It holds personal meaning for Chabert’s family, especially her nine-year-old daughter.

Julia’s Wish: A Tree Adorned Only with Mom’s Ornaments

The actress shared that her daughter is particularly fond of the miniature version of her and has humorously expressed the desire to decorate an entire Christmas tree exclusively with Lacey Chabert Hallmark ornaments.

“It’s really funny — my daughter wants us to have a tree at home that’s entirely my ornaments,”

Chabert said.

“So I think she’s planning on pranking me with that.”

Though Chabert finds this amusing, she is looking forward to showcasing the full collection around her home this holiday season, blending her personal holiday spirit with festive décor.

Holiday Decor Highlights and Color Themes in the Lacey Chabert Collection

Chabert described the collection as being

“kind of going to be everywhere”

throughout her home, expressing great pride in her first holiday product launch, which is available both online and in Hallmark stores. She detailed plans to create a themed area with ornaments in vibrant shades of pink, green, and mint, along with traditional red accents.

“I’ll do one area, probably my dining room that’s all this color scheme, and then I’ll have other things, other places, that are different color schemes,”

she revealed. The six-piece glass ornament set includes a mint green bauble adorned with candy canes and a pink globe decorated with mistletoe, offering a mix of vintage charm and festive color.

Family Traditions and Festive Recipes Inspire the Collection

Chabert finds special joy in the holiday season’s rituals, particularly in the kitchen while preparing favorite family recipes like her great grandmother’s coconut cake and grandmother’s sweet potato pie. She described this as a meaningful tradition that brings back cherished childhood memories.

Her holiday collection, which features items such as a green serving tray with poinsettias and a coordinating tea towel, allows Chabert to share these warm traditions with her daughter and other Hallmark fans. She called the opportunity to contribute her own holiday-themed items “really, really special” and described the entire experience as a “dream come true.”

Favorite Pieces and Vintage Influences Shape the Collection’s Character

Though reluctant to single out a favorite item, Chabert mentioned having a soft spot for a three-bowl set decorated with bows and matching glasses featuring tiny bow motifs. She praised the serving tray’s beauty and its appeal as a seasonal piece she will eagerly bring out each year.

The design inspiration draws heavily from Hallmark’s 1950s archives, which Chabert felt “made perfect sense” given her affinity for vintage style.

“I was so excited about it, because my love for vintage items comes from my mother. It’s something that was definitely passed down to me,”

she explained. She described the collection’s aesthetic as whimsical, with bright pops of color that complement its retro vibe.

Looking Ahead: Future Collaborations and Holiday Appearances

Chabert expressed hope for continuing her collaboration with Hallmark beyond this initial launch, already imagining new products for future seasons. She recalled the moment Hallmark approached her about the project, noting her enthusiastic reaction.

“Hallmark came to me with the idea, and I was jumping up and down because I love Christmas décor. I love Christmas ornaments,”

she said.

“To have something that allows me to be a part of other people’s celebrations is just the best. I’m so proud of the line.”

The Lacey Chabert Collection is currently available for purchase online at Hallmark.com and in Hallmark Gold Crown stores nationwide. Fans can also catch Chabert starring in the Hallmark Channel movie She’s Making a List on Saturday, December 6, at 8 p.m. ET, continuing her seasonal presence beyond décor.
