The Palm Springs International Film Festival announced on Friday that Adam Sandler will receive the 2025 Chairman’s Award, recognizing his impressive work in the film Jay Kelly. The 59-year-old actor, known mostly for his comedic roles, is being celebrated for his supporting role as the friend and manager of the main character, portrayed by George Clooney, in the Netflix movie directed by Noah Baumbach.
