Quentin Tarantino’s Lost Kill Bill Chapter Debuts in Fortnite

An unreleased chapter from the Kill Bill universe will be unveiled inside Fortnite, bringing Quentin Tarantino’s vision to a new generation of fans on November 30. This anticipated Fortnite experience, centered around the lost “Yuki’s Revenge” storyline, gives players a chance to explore a part of the saga that never reached the big screen, further cementing the enduring influence of the Quentin Tarantino Kill Bill Fortnite collaboration.

Unfilmed Chapter Brings New Life to Beatrix Kiddo’s Story

Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill series follows Beatrix Kiddo, also known as The Bride and portrayed by Uma Thurman, on her relentless quest for revenge. Throughout the two-part film, Beatrix targets those responsible for upending her life, including the formidable assassins and their deadly allies.

“Yuki’s Revenge” was a chapter Tarantino wrote but never filmed. The plot spotlights Yuki, the sister of Gogo Yubari, following in her sibling’s footsteps and seeking out The Bride in Los Angeles to avenge Gogo’s death. Gogo (Chiaki Kuriyama), O-Ren Ishii’s dedicated bodyguard, meets her end at Beatrix’s hands in the films, alongside the army of assassins known as the Crazy 88 and O-Ren herself (Lucy Liu). The newly unearthed chapter sees Yuki arrive in Los Angeles, leading to a dramatic confrontation that expands the Kill Bill narrative in exciting ways.

Premiere Event and Fortnite Collaboration

This previously unseen storyline will premiere in Fortnite on November 30 at 2 p.m. ET, thanks to the partnership between Quentin Tarantino and Epic Games. The immersive scene will appear in the Discover section, where players encounter Fortnite characters reimagining the iconic world of Kill Bill. According to Fortnite’s official blog,

“Doors for the viewing experience open 30 minutes before the show starts,”

per Fortnite’s blog. This timing allows players to secure a spot before the action unfolds.

Kill Bill’s Cinematic Return and Bonus Content

Alongside the in-game event, Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 will soon be screened together as a single director’s cut titled

“Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair.”

This long-awaited release gives audiences a comprehensive look at the entire saga as envisioned by Tarantino. Notably, “Yuki’s Revenge” will be shown as a bonus feature at participating venues during “The Whole Bloody Affair’s” limited run starting December 5.

Long-standing Hopes for More Kill Bill Stories

Ever since the films’ release, fans have speculated about a potential third installment, with ideas often centering on Nikki, Vernita Green’s daughter, coming after Beatrix for vengeance—a concept that would have spotlighted characters like Nikki (Vivica A. Fox’s on-screen child), and even popular actors such as Zendaya and Maya Hawke in fan discussions. Quentin Tarantino, however, has expressed no intention to pursue Kill Bill Vol. 3, leaving “Yuki’s Revenge” as the latest expansion of the saga’s universe.

What Awaits Fans and Players

Although there are no immediate plans for Kill Bill Vol. 3, enthusiasts of the franchise and Fortnite community will soon have the chance to experience “Yuki’s Revenge” firsthand. With Uma Thurman reprising her role as The Bride and the collaboration involving Epic Games, the event marks a significant moment for fans to witness a story once confined to Tarantino’s scripts, unfolding in both digital and theatrical formats.
