Pamela Anderson Nearly Confronted Seth Rogen at Golden Globes

At the 2026 Golden Globes, Pamela Anderson experienced discomfort linked to Seth Rogen, an actor present in the audience. Anderson left the event soon after fulfilling her role as a presenter, feeling uneasy about being near Rogen, highlighting tensions tied to past portrayals involving her life. The situation shed light on the emotional challenges surrounding high-profile projects depicting personal stories.

Pamela Anderson Opens Up About Her Unease with Seth Rogen

During a recent appearance on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, Pamela Anderson explained why Seth Rogen made her feel uneasy at the Golden Globes. She expressed frustration that Rogen was involved in a series depicting difficult moments from her life without consulting her.

“Seth Rogen, he did that [series] without talking to me, you know Pam & Tommy,”

Anderson said, referring to the 2022 biographical drama.

“I just felt like, ‘Eh.’ You know? Like how can someone make a TV series out of the difficult times in your life, and ‘I’m a living, breathing human being over here. Hello.’”

The Complicated History Between Anderson and Rogen

Seth Rogen’s role extended beyond acting to executive producing the series that centered around Anderson’s infamous sex tape with ex-husband Tommy Lee. Despite their proximity at the Golden Globes, Anderson was upset by Rogen’s apparent avoidance of her presence. She felt disregarded during the ceremony, which deepened her frustration.

“I may have just felt like, ’I’m not chopped liver over here,’”

Anderson shared.

“I felt a little bit weird about it. And I felt like you know — I’ve been so busy working. I’ve done five movies in the last year. So, I’ve just been busy but sometimes it hits you and you feel kind of down.”

Anderson described the experience as unpleasant and hoped that Rogen might eventually reach out to apologize, though she stated it was not necessary for her peace of mind.

“I don’t know. It just felt like a little yucky,”

she said.

“But eventually, hopefully he’ll reach out to me and apologize. Not that that matters.”

Why Anderson Refrained from Directly Addressing Rogen at the Event

When questioned on whether she considered confronting Seth Rogen during the Golden Globes, Anderson admitted she held back. The uncomfortable atmosphere made her hesitant to approach him directly, though she expressed her feelings silently through a stern glance.

“I mean you’re kind of already tip-toeing around it. It’s so uncomfortable being around everybody there,”

Anderson explained.

“So, I didn’t make a beeline for him, but in my mind, I did. And really told him how I felt. So I’m sitting there in my seat, just going — you know?”

She then recreated the angry look she directed toward Rogen.

The Impact of Personal Stories on Public Figures

This incident highlights the emotional toll that dramatizations of private experiences can have on the individuals involved, especially when done without their consent. Anderson’s reaction emphasizes the ongoing sensitivity surrounding her past and the difficulties faced by public figures when their lives become entertainment. The episode at the Golden Globes serves as a reminder of the complexities at the intersection of celebrity, privacy, and media portrayal.
