William John Neeson OBE (born 7 June 1952) is an actor from Northern Ireland. Liam Neeson was born in Ballymena, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, to Bernard “Barney” Neeson, a primary school caretaker, and Katherine “Kitty” Neeson (née Brown), a cook.
