Lindsay Dee Lohan, born July 2, 1986, in the Bronx, New York City, is an American actress and singer who began her career as a child model with Ford Models at age three, appearing in more than 60 television commercials before rising to prominence in Disney’s The Parent Trap (1998). She became one of Hollywood’s most recognizable young stars throughout the 2000s, delivering career-defining performances in Freaky Friday (2003), Mean Girls (2004), and Herbie: Fully Loaded (2005), while releasing two studio albums including Speak (2004) and A Little More Personal (Raw) (2005). Her work has earned three MTV Movie Awards, four Teen Choice Awards, and a Young Artist Award. Following a period away from the screen, she returned with Netflix’s Falling for Christmas (2022) and has continued with additional streaming projects.
